Here at G Muscle Fitness we believe in the Power of Muscle.  Plain and simple – building a strong, muscular physique will make you Look Better and Feel Better.  We are not concerned with weight loss “fads” because we know that muscle is the best fat burner around. Beyond that we also know that working out isn’t work, it’s fun!

Shaun is a certified personal trainer carrying a Master’s of Exercise Science from George
Washington University. His graduate program focused on current topics in exercise physiology, nutrition/metabolism, and sport psychology.  His thesis involved the evaluation of a 12-week cognitive-behavioral program on exercise adherence/membership retention within a commercial fitness center setting in Washington, DC.
