Group Fitness is a great way for up to four people to share the cost of personal training while getting the benefits of personalized attention. In a group workout you and your team work together to achieve your fitness goals.
Workingout with friends, co-workers, or family members is a great way to bond. I make these sessions fun by adding competitions and rewarding hard work and give motivation by cosnistently tracking and reporting group members progress.
G Muscle boot camp classes are no Joke, but they are a fun and challenging way to get in shape! These outdoor classes are a great way to jumpstart your Spring/Summer fitness routines and give you the beach ready body you want. Classes focus on:
- Fat-burning cardio
- Core strength and abdominal exercises
- Muscle building, muscle toning, body weight exercises
