Spring Bootcamp

G Muscle Fitness partnered with VIDA Fitness at the Verizon Center would like you to join us for the first session of Spring Bootcamp!

Bootcamp workouts are a great way to get fit and loose fat.  This is an outdoor workout focusing on full body fitness.  We’ll keep our heart rates up and maximize our fat burning potential by doing one exercise after another with minimal rest.  Body-weight exercises like push-ups, crunches, squats, and burpees will help you build the lean muscular body you want .  In my bootcamp you are challenged to take your body to it’s limit.  You’ll work, you’ll sweat, but most of all you’ll have fun doing it.

  • This is an 8 week program starting March 15th.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 AM, Saturdays at 8:30 AM
  • We will meet at Vida at the Verizon Center.
  • The cost is $399 for non VIDA members.  The fee for VIDA members is $299.
  • No drop ins, you must commit to the 8 week program.
