G Muscle Fitness partnered with VIDA Fitness at the Verizon Center would like you to join us for the first session of Spring Bootcamp!
Bootcamp workouts are a great way to get fit and loose fat. This is an outdoor workout focusing on full body fitness. We’ll keep our heart rates up and maximize our fat burning potential by doing one exercise after another with minimal rest. Body-weight exercises like push-ups, crunches, squats, and burpees will help you build the lean muscular body you want . In my bootcamp you are challenged to take your body to it’s limit. You’ll work, you’ll sweat, but most of all you’ll have fun doing it.
