    So, you are supposed to do this four times, resting two to three minutes between sets? And do you do it every day or every other day?

    I have stopped and started workouts a thousand times, lol, but the “fat fairy” is gaining on me, so I have to try and get serious. Your workouts and info are great! Thanks and best of luck in building your brand!
